Glutarimide
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Glutarimide is a CRBN binder. Glutarimide exerts its function by binding to the thalidomide-binding domain of the CRBN protein. Glutarimide serves as an important structural component of many biologically active compounds. Glutarimide can be used in studies related to anemia, multiple myeloma and cycloheximide.

Glutarimide is the CRBN-binding motif that mediates the interaction between CELMoD and the thalidomide-binding domain of CRBN[1].
Glutarimide does not inhibit carbachol (HY-B1208)-induced calcium mobilization in neuroblastoma SK-N-SH cells at concentrations up to 120 μM, with an IC50 > 120 μM[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
