IPS-05002
IPS-05002 is an α5β1 antagonist. IPS-05002 can inhibit VEGF-stimulated human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC) proliferation, adhesion, and migration, and also suppresses tubular network formation. IPS-05002 can upregulate IKB-β, XRCC4, and downregulate Cdc6 in VEGF-induced HUVECs. IPS-05002 can be used for the study of tumor angiogenesis.

IPS-05002 (0.78-200 μM, 1 h) inhibits the binding of integrin α5β1 to fibronectin in a dose-dependent manner[1].
IPS-05002 (72 h) markedly suppresses the proliferation and adhesion of HUVEC (IC50 = 20.5 μM)[1].
IPS-05002 (6.25-1700 μM, 0-24 h) significantly perturbs VEGF-induced HUVEC migration in a dose and time-dependent fashion (IC50 = 15.52 μM)[1].
IPS-05002 (3-50 μM, 90 min) dose-dependently inhibits the adhesion of HUVECs to Matrigel[1].
IPS-05002 (24 h) upregulates VEGF-induced IκB-β and XRCC4 in HUVECs and downregulates Cdc6 protein expression[1].
