Roridin H
Roridin H (Verrucarin H) is a cytostatic antibiotic present in the Myrothecium verrucaria strain and the marine-derived Myrothecium sp. TUF 02F6. The IC50 of Roridin H against mouse leukemia cells is 0.12 mM. Roridin H can be used in leukemia-related research.

Roridin H (compound 1) undergoes complete catalytic hydrogenation to form Octahydrororidin H[1].
Roridin H undergoes base-catalyzed hydrolysis, which cleaves the macrocyclic diester to produce Verrucarol and Myrothecinic acid[1].
Roridin H (72 h) potently inhibits the proliferation of mouse leukemia L1210 cells, with an IC50 of 0.12 μM[2].
