JQ1-FITC TFA 

JQ1-FITC TFA is a BRD4-binding fluorescent tracer. JQ1-FITC TFA binds to BRD4 BD1, BD2, recombinant bromodomains, and endogenous BRD4 in cell lysates. JQ1-FITC TFA can be used for the research of breast cancer and cancer (Ex/Em = 495/525 nm)^[1][2].

JQ1-FITC (0-100 nM; 2 h) TFA binds specifically to recombinant human BRD4(BD1) and BRD4(BD2) bromodomains with measurable apparent equilibrium dissociation constants^[1].
JQQ1-FITIC (0-2200 nM; 2 h) TFA binds specifically to endogenous BRD4^[1].
JQ1-FITC (20 nM; 2 h) TFA functions as a fluorescent tracer to enable TR-FRET ligand displacement assays for measuring test compound binding affinity to recombinant human BRD4(BD1) and BRD4(BD2) bromodomains^[1].
JQ1-FITC (700 nM; 1 h) TFA enables quantitative TR-FRET-based measurement of endogenous BRD4 levels in MCF7 and MDA-MB-231 cell lysates^[1].

JQ1-FITC (Serial dilutions up to 100 nM; 2 h) TFA binds to recombinant GST-BRD4(BD1) and GST-BRD4 (BD2) protein, with the equilibrium dissociation constant adjusted for the dimeric GST structure^[2].
JQ1-FITC (20 nM; 2 h) TFA acts as a tracer for endogenous BRD4 binding in HEK293T cell lysate, enabling quantitative profiling of inhibitor domain selectivity and affinity^[2].
