JYL 1511 is a partial agonist of vanilloid receptor VR1[1].

In Vitro

JYL 1511 inhibits [3H]Resiniferatoxin binding to rat VR1 with a Ki of 50.4 nM[1].
JYL 1511 inhibits Capsaicin induction of 45Ca2+ uptake in CHO cells overexpressing rat VR1 (IC50: 3.4 nM)[1].
