In Vitro

AL-LAD exhibits high affinity for 5-HT_2A receptors in rat frontal cortex homogenates, with K_i values of 8.1 nM (vs. [³H]ketanserin) and 3.4 nM (vs. [¹²⁵I]-R-DOI)^[1].
AL-LAD binds to D₁ and D₂ dopaminergic receptors in rat tissue homogenates with K_0.5 values of 189 nM and 12.3 nM, respectively^[1].

In Vivo

AL-LAD (25-400 μg/kg; i.p.) dose-dependently induces head twitch responses in male C57BL/6J mice, with the maximal response observed at 200 μg/kg and an ED₅₀ of 74.2 μg/kg (174.9 nmol/kg)^[1].
