KUNG94 inhibits recombinant canine Grp94NΔ41 with an IC50 of 8 nM at 4 h; it also inhibits human Hsp90αN with an IC50 of 77 nM at 4 h, and exhibits up to 10-fold selectivity for Grp94 in FP competition assays[1].
