mDF6002 is a IL-12R-Fc fusion protein. mDF6002 induces sustained IFNγ production. mDF6002 exerts tumor-suppressive effects in mouse models of colon cancer and melanoma. mDF6002 can be used for research on solid tumors such as colon cancer and melanoma[1].

In Vitro

mDF6006 (0.006-6250 pM; 60 h) potently induces IFN-γ production in naive Balb/c mouse splenocytes with an EC50 of 2.07 pM[1].

In Vivo

mDF6006 (1 μg; s.c.; once weekly; 7 weeks) achieves 100% complete tumor regression in advanced large CT26 colon carcinoma-bearing BALB/cJ mice and induces protective T cell memory in 90% of treated mice[1].
mDF6006 (0.5 μg; i.p.; once weekly) induces partial responses in 90% of B16F10 melanoma-bearing C57BL/6J mice and drives sustained pharmacodynamic responses in both tumor and serum[1].

Animal Model: BALB/cJ mice (female, 7-9 weeks old, subcutaneous inoculation with CT26 cells, advanced large tumors averaging 815 mm3)[1]
Dosage: 1 μg (equimolar to 1 μg rmIL-12)
Administration: s.c.; once weekly; 7 weeks
Result: Induced complete tumor regression in all 10 treated mice.
Was well tolerated with no body weight loss.
Enabled 9/10 complete responders to reject tumor rechallenge and remain tumor-free, while age-matched naive controls developed progressive tumors.
