mUNO is a tumor-homing peptide (mUNO, sequence: "CSPGAK") that specifically binds to mouse CD206, targeting tumor-associated macrophages that express CD206/MRC1. mUNO can interact with human recombinant CD206[1].

In Vitro

FAM-mUNO (3 nM; 45 min) selectively binds to IL-4-differentiated CD206+ human monocyte-derived macrophages in vitro[1].
