Rezetecan (SHR9265) (0.1-400 nmol/L; 6 days) potently inhibits the growth of human prostate cancer cell lines C4-2, DU145, PC3, 22RV1 and LNCaP in vitro, with IC50 values ranging from 2.41 to 7.74 nM[2].
Rezetecan serves as the toxic payload of Tizetatug rezetecan (HY-177711). Tizetatug rezetecan exhibits anti-tumor activity, blocks the repair of topoisomerase I-induced single-strand breaks to trigger DNA double-strand breaks, and induces DNA damage and apoptosis[2].

This protocol yields a clear solution of ≥ 2.5 mg/mL (saturation unknown).
Taking 1 mL working solution as an example, add 100 μL DMSO stock solution (25.0 mg/mL) to 900 μL 20% SBE-β-CD in Saline, and mix evenly.
Preparation of 20% SBE-β-CD in Saline (4°C, storage for one week): 2 g SBE-β-CD powder is dissolved in 10 mL Saline, completely dissolve until clear.
