S1g-10
Based on 1 Customer Validation
S1g-10 is an Hsp70-Bim protein-protein interaction inhibitor and an Hsp70 ATPase inhibitor. S1g-10 binds the Hsp70 nucleotide-binding domain at the Bim interface, inhibits Bim-stimulated ATPase activity, and selectively disrupts Hsp70-Bim without affecting Hsp70-Bag3, thereby inhibiting mitophagy (Autophagy), inducing apoptosis (Apoptosis), and reducing the survival and self-renewal of CML leukemia stem cells. S1g-10 can be used for research on chronic myeloid leukemia and breast cancer.
