TL8-506 (1 μM; 18 h) can activate dendritic cells in blood and tumors, induce the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines, and promote the activation and recruitment of T cells (TL8-506 synergized with IFN-γ or Poly(I:C))[1].
TL8-506 can specifically activate TLR8 in vitro in TLR8 transgenic mouse bone marrow cells[2].
