Valeriandoid F is an iridoid, which potently inhibits NO production with an IC₅₀ value of 0.88 μM. Valeriandoid F has anti-inflammatory and antiproliferative activities.

NLRP3-IN-77 (Compound 7n) is a potent NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor. NLRP3-IN-77 inhibits the viability of THP-1 cells with an IC₅₀ value of 5.36 nM. NLRP3-IN-77 can effectively reduce the secretion of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interleukin-18 (IL-18). NLRP3-IN-77 is promising for research of diseases related to the abnormal activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome, such as cancer and inflammatory diseases.

Tiaramide is an anti-inflammatory agent. Tiaramide inhibits the PGE2 release. Tiaramide inhibits the rise in intracellular free Ca²⁺ induced by PGE2 (HY-101952) as well as Bradykinin (HY-P0206). Tiaramide inhibites Bradykinin-induced contraction.

Anti-inflammatory agent 95 (Compound 2e) is an anti-inflammatory agent that exhibits the most potent anti-inflammatory activity in LPS (HY-D1056)-induced RAW 264.7 mouse macrophages. It significantly inhibits the production of NO, with an IC₅₀ of 8.8 μM, and reduces the secretion of TNF-α and IL-1β, with inhibition rates reaching 60% and over 90%, respectively, at a concentration of 100 μM. Anti-inflammatory agent 95 holds promise for research in the field of inflammatory diseases.

ABB071 is a humanized anti-CD180 monoclonal antibody. ABB071 can down-regulate the highly expressed TLR7 and IRF5 genes in systemic lupus erythematosus and induce the expression of PNPT1 and DNASE1L3 genes. ABB071 can inhibit the expression of genes related to the type I interferon pathway as well as interferon-stimulated genes (ISGs). ABB071 has anti-inflammatory activity and can reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokines. ABB071 can be used for research on systemic lupus erythematosus and psoriasis.

Homocarnosine is a dipeptide of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and histidine unique to brain. Homocarnosine is an inhibitory neuromodulator synthesized in the neuron from GABA and exhibiting anticonvulsant effects.Homocarnosine has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory actions, prevention of DNA damage, and inhibition of advanced glycation end-product formation.

Anti-inflammatory agent 41 (13a) significantly inhibit lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced expression of the proinflammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-α on J774A.1, THP-1 and LX-2 cells, and inhibits the activation of the NF-κB pathway.

Collagen is also a substrate for hydrolysis by MMPs.

TLR7 agonist 29 (Compound 1) is the agonist for TLR7 with an EC₅₀ of 5.2 nM for human TLR7 (EC₅₀ for mouse TLR7 is 48.2 nM). TLR7 agonist 29 activates bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs), stimulates myeloid cells in the tumor microenvironment, promotes the expression of PD-L1, CD86 and IFN-α. TLR7 agonist 29 can be used as payload for synthesis of ADC.

EVs inducer-1 is a release inducer of immunostimulatory extracellular vesicles (EVs). EVs inducer-1 inhibits tubulin polymerization. EVs inducer-1 enhances the release of immunostimulatory EVs by antigen-presenting cells, increases the release of EV particles from dendritic cells, and elevates CD63 reporter gene activity. EVs inducer-1 inhibits the viability of proliferating cells. EVs inducer-1 is applicable for research related to immune regulation.
