Biological Activity
A20FMDV2-Cys forms stable thioether bonds with maleimide-functionalized liposomes, enabling the preparation of uniformly dispersed, regularly shaped spherical targeted liposomes[1].
A20FMDV2-Cys-targeted liposomes show a significant time-dependent increase in uptake by Hepa 1-6 cells and HCCC-9810 cells, compared with non-targeted liposomes and free fluorescent dyes[1].
