CDK1-IN-8
CDK1-IN-8 is a CDK1 inhibitor. CDK1-IN-8 inhibits cell migration, induces apoptosis, and arrests the cell cycle at the G2/M phase. CDK1-IN-8 leads to a significant downregulation of CDK1 protein levels in HepG2 cells. CDK1-IN-8 can be used for the study of hepatocellular carcinoma.

CDK1-IN-8 (Compound c9) shows the strongest inhibitory activity against HepG2 cells (IC50 of 11.88 μM). In normal L02 hepatocytes, the IC50 is 95.48 μM, and the selectivity index SI = 8.0[1].
CDK1-IN-8 (10-20 μM, 48 h) significantly inhibits the in vitro migration ability of HepG2 cells, suggesting that it has potential anti-tumor metastasis effects[1].
CDK1-IN-8 (0-5 μM, 48 h) induces significant, dose-dependent apoptosis in HepG2 cells[1].
CDK1-IN-8 (0-15 μM, 48 h) inhibits HepG2 cell proliferation by inducing cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase[1].
CDK1-IN-8 (2.5-15 μM, 48 h) significantly and dose-dependently reduces the expression level of CDK1 protein in HepG2 cells[1].
