DSPE-PEG2000-iRGD
Based on 1 Customer Validation
DSPE-PEG2000-iRGD is a PEG compound which composed of DSPE and an αv-integrins targeting peptide (iRGD). iRGD peptide binds to αv-integrins, and then proteolytically cleaved in the tumor to produce CRGDK/R to interact with neuropilin-1, and has tumor-targeting and tumor-penetrating properties. DSPE-PEG2000-iRGD can be used for agent delivery.

M-SAL-iRGD (iRGD-conjugated DSPE-PEG2000 nanomicelles) constructed with DSPE-PEG2000-iRGD are used for targeted delivery of Salinomycin (HY-15597) to intervene in liver cancer cells and cancer stem cells[2].
iRGD-LP-CUR-PIP, constructed with DSPE-PEG2000-iRGD, is a tumor-penetrating peptide liposome that exhibits antitumor effects, mainly manifested in a significant reduction in tumor volume and an increase in body weight and spleen index[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
