(E)-N-(2-Fluorophenyl) cinnamamide (Compound 5m) is a MMP-2 and MMP-9 inhibitor, with selectivity over MMP-1. Its IC50 values against MMP-2, MMP-9 and MMP-1 are 9.09 nM, 8.02 nM and 4117.53 nM, respectively. (E)-N-(2-Fluorophenyl) cinnamamide can be used in the research of metastatic tumors.
