Description
In Vitro
Ceftolozane (0.5-50 μg/mL; 1-7 days) is stable in human K2EDTA plasma for at least 7 days at 6 °C and −20 °C, shows acceptable stability (≤15% decay) for 71.2 h at 23 °C and 5.6 h at 40 °C, with comparable stability at 0.5 μg/mL and 50 μg/mL concentrations[2].
Ceftolozane (50 μg/mL; 1-7 days) is stable in human K2EDTA full blood for at least 7 days at 6 °C, and shows acceptable stability (≤15% decay) for 121.8 h at 23 °C, with stability comparable to plasma samples[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
