L1BC8
Based on 1 Customer Validation
L1BC8 (Compound 13a) is a drug-linker conjugate for ADC. L1BC8 is obtained by conjugating a BRD4 PROTAC degrader with a peptidomimetic protease-cleavable linker for the preparation of ADC, which can be conjugated to STEAP1 antibodies and CLL1 antibodies, respectively. L1BC8 can be used in research related to prostate cancer and acute myeloid leukemia.

In Vitro
The drug-linker conjugate of an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) consists of an active cytotoxic drug and an appropriate linker. These conjugates, when linked to a monoclonal antibody, can be used to prepare ADCs, which are highly selective and cytotoxic targeted drugs against cancer cells.
PROTAC stands for proteolysis-targeting chimeras, a type of heterobifunctional small molecule compound containing two different ligands: one is a ubiquitin ligase E3 ligand, and the other is a ligand that binds to the target protein in cells. The two ligands are connected by a linker, thereby forming a "three-body" polymer-target protein ligand-Linker-E3 ligand. PROTACs specifically degrade target proteins through the "ubiquitin-proteasome" pathway by bringing the target protein and the intracellular E3 ubiquitin ligase closer together. PROTACs can improve the druggability of "undruggable" targets.
