PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-22 (compound 7) exhibits concentration- and time-dependent activity, with degradation reversed by co-treatment with CRBN ligand, proteasome inhibitor, or NAE inhibitor; mRNA levels of PRC2 subunits remain unaffected, excluding transcriptional regulation[1].
