In Vitro

Rabelomycin (100-10 mM; 30 minutes) dose-dependently inhibits partially purified iNOS enzyme from RAW 264.7 macrophage cell lysate with an IC50 of 63.9 μM[1].
Rabelomycin inhibits the growth of Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213, Bacillus thuringiensis SCSIO BT01 and Bacillus subtilis SCSIO BS01, with MICs of 16 μg/mL, 1 μg/mL, 8 μg/mL and 16 μg/mL, respectively[3].
Rabelomycin inhibits the growth of SF-268, MCF-7, and NCI-H460 cells, with IC50 values ​​of 5.54 μM, 4.28 μM, and 9.91 μM, respectively[3].
