Sigvotatug vedotin (SGN-B6A; PF-08046047) is an ADC that targets integrin β-6 (ITGB6) via the human IgG1 monoclonal antibody Sigvotatug (HY-P990764) (EC50 = 0.9 nM) and exhibits cytotoxicity against a variety of integrin β-6-positive cancer cells through the tubulin polymerization inhibitor MMAE (HY-15162).

Colocalized with green-stained lysosomes (appearing as orange color in intracellular vesicles) by 4 hours.
