Ranolazine dihydrochloride (CVT 303 dihydrochloride) is an anti-angina agent that achieves its effects by inhibiting the late phase of inward sodium current (I_Na and I_Kr with IC₅₀ values of 6 μM and 12 μM, respectively) without affecting heart rate or blood pressure (BP). Ranolazine dihydrochloride is also a partial fatty acid oxidation inhibitor.

Tizoxanide (TIZ) is the active metabolite of Nitazoxanide, which is a thiazolide anti-infective compound against anaerobic bacteria, protozoa, and a range of viruses. Tizoxanide (TIZ) has anti-HIV-1 activities and potent inhibition of both HBV and HCV replication with values EC₅₀ of 0.46μM and 0.15 μM, respectively. Lapatinib ditosylate (GW572016 ditosylate) is a potent, orally active inhibitor of the ErbB-2 and EGFR tyrosine kinase domains with IC₅₀ values against purified EGFR and ErbB-2 of 10.2 and 9.8 nM, respectively.
