Cellular HDAC Detection Procedure[2]
1. Add 25 μM Boc-Lys(Ac)-AMC to the cells and incubate at 37°C for 2-3 hours.
2. Add HDAC developing solution containing cell lysis buffer and trypsin reagent, and incubate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
3. Detect fluorescence intensity at Ex/Em = 355 nm/460 nm.
