Description

CHNQD-03005 is an orally active anti-inflammatory agent. CHNQD-03005 inhibits the expression of iNOS and COX-2, reduces inflammatory signal transduction, suppresses NO production, and downregulates the pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β. CHNQD-03005 can be used in the research of inflammatory diseases such as colitis[1].

In Vitro

CHNQD-03005 (Compound C13) (24 h) inhibits the production of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and NO in LPS (HY-D1056)-stimulated RAW264.7 cells, with IC50 values of 0.45 μM, 0.086 μM, 0.095 μM, and 0.038 μM, respectively[1].
CHNQD-03005 (0.2-6 μM) inhibits the protein expression of iNOS, COX-2 and IL-1β in LPS (HY-D1056)-stimulated RAW264.7 cells[1].

CHNQD-03005 (20 mg/kg; p.o.; 21 days) is well tolerated in ICR mice[1].
