In Vitro

HDAC-IN-33 (Compound 9l) shows good in vivo antitumor efficacies in both HEL xenograft model and murine melanoma model. HDAC-IN-33 promotes the antigen presentation and activate T cells, thereby triggering antitumor immunity[1].
