HDAC6-IN-85 (Compound 7) potently inhibits the HDAC isozyme mixture in HeLa nuclear extracts, with a pIC₅₀ of 6.3^[1].
HDAC6-IN-85 inhibits the proliferation of HeLa cervical cancer cells with a pIC₅₀ value of 5.6^[1].
HDAC6-IN-85 inhibits recombinant HDAC isozymes, with the highest inhibitory potency against rHDAC6 (pIC₅₀ = 5.9) and the lowest inhibitory potency against rHDAC8 (pIC₅₀ = 4.8)^[1].
HDAC6-IN-85 inhibits the proliferation of A549 lung cancer cells and RKO colon cancer cells, with a pIC₅₀ value of 5.2 for the former and 5.7 for the latter^[1].
