Biological Activity
MS8847N2 (0.03-0.3 μM; 24 h) does not degrade EZH2 or reduce H3K27me3 levels in EOL-1 MLL-rearranged acute myeloid leukemia cells after 24 h treatment at concentrations up to 0.3 μM[1].
MS8847N2 (0.03-0.3 μM; 24 h) does not degrade EZH2 in MV4;11 MLL-rearranged acute myeloid leukemia cells after 24 h treatment at concentrations up to 0.3 μM, with only minimal reduction of H3K27me3 levels[1].
MS8847N2 (5 days) does not inhibit cell growth in MV4;11 MLL-rearranged acute myeloid leukemia cells after 5 days of treatment[1].
