MMP-2 substrate peptide

MMP-2 substrate peptide is an MMP-2 substrate that is cleaved by MMP-2 between glycine and valine within the core PLGVR sequence, and can serve as a cleavable linker in coumarin (Coumarin) (HY-N0709)-based FRET probes, where cleavage separates the fluorophore from the quencher and restores fluorescence. MMP-2 substrate peptide can be used for research on cervical cancer.
