In Vitro

NCT-10b (compound 17b) (0.01-30 μM; 8 h) selectively induces α-tubulin acetylation over histone H4 acetylation in HCT116 cells, with an EC50 of 0.23 μM for α-tubulin acetylation and a selectivity index >140[1].
