OKI-006 potently and selectively inhibits HDAC-1, HDAC-2, HDAC-3, HDAC-8, HDAC-6, HDAC-10, and HDAC-11, with IC50 values of 1.2, 2.4, 2, 47, 47, 2.8, and 2.3 nM, respectively[1].
