In Vitro

PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-20 (compound 54) inhibits proliferation of SU-DHL-6 and HBL-1 diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cells, with IC50 values of 10.38 μM and 10.26 μM, respectively[1].
