PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-28 is an EZH2 PROTAC degrader. PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-28 promotes the ubiquitination and degradation of EZH2. PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-28 can be used for lymphoma-related research[1]. (Pink: EZH2 ligand (HY-179351); Blue: VHL ligand (HY-112078A); Black: linker).

In Vitro

PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-28 (compound 66) reduces proliferation of SU-DHL-6 lymphoma cells with an IC50 value of 16.2 μM, and has no measurable antiproliferative activity (IC50 >30 μM) in HBL-1 lymphoma cells[1].
