Description

PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-42 (compound 57) is an EZH2-targeting PROTAC degrader and antiproliferative agent. PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-42 induces cIAP-mediated ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of EZH2. PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-42 can be used for the research of lymphoma[1]. In Vitro

PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-42 (compound 57) (10.00-30.00 μM) degrades EZH2 in SU-DHL-6 cells at 10.00 μM and 30.00 μM, and exhibits cytotoxic activity against SU-DHL-6 (IC50 = 10.22 μM) and HBL-1 (IC50 = 10.17 μM) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cell lines[1].
