In Vitro

PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-45 (compound 61) (up to 30 μM) inhibits EZH2 enzymatic activity in SU-DHL-6 cells with an IC50 of 22.97 μM and does not exhibit measurable cytotoxicity in HBL-1 cells at concentrations up to 30 μM[1].
