TRPM4-IN-4 (5-10 μM) potently inhibits hTRPM4 in HEK293 cells overexpressing hTRPM4, with an IC₅₀ of 0.339 μM^[1].
TRPM4-IN-4 potently blocks endogenous TRPM4 currents in HCT116 cells, with an IC₅₀ of 0.146 μM^[1].
TRPM4-IN-4 (5-10 μM) exhibits no inhibitory activity against hTRPM5 in HEK293 cells overexpressing hTRPM5^[1].
TRPM4-IN-4 (5-10 μM) effectively inhibits mTRPM4 in tsA201 cells overexpressing mTRPM4 at concentrations up to 10 μM, with better activity than NBA^[1].
