FCW34
FCW34 is a cell-permeable, selective Sialyltransferase inhibitor. FCW34 inhibits α2,3-N-linked ST3GALIII (IC50 1.74 μM) and α2,6-N-linked ST6GALI (IC50 3.6 μM), reducing N-glycoprotein sialylation. FCW34 decreases cell migration ability by inhibiting the Talin/Integrin/FAK/Paxillin and Integrin/NFκB signaling pathways. FCW34 significantly inhibits tumor growth, reduces angiogenesis, and suppresses spontaneous lung metastasis in a nude mouse model of breast cancer. FCW34 can be used for research on breast cancer.

FCW34 (10-20 μM; 48 h) disrupts talin-driven integrin activation by reducing the colocalization of integrin β1 and β3 with phospho-talin-1 in MDA-MB-231 cells[1].
FCW34 inhibits integrin sialylation in MDA-MB-231 cells[1].
FCW34 (>60 μM; 48 h) does not exhibit antiproliferative effects on MDA-MB-231 cells at concentrations up to 60 μM[1].
