HZ-1127
HZ-1127 is a thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) inhibitor. HZ-1127 selectively binds to TSLP, blocks receptor complex interaction, inhibits STAT5 activation, downstream inflammatory signaling, and TSLP-induced CCL17 and CCL22 secretion. HZ-1127 can be used for the research of allergic diseases and cancer.

HZ-1127-IgG1 and HZ-1127-IgG2 (Increasing concentrations; 2 h) bind to recombinant human TSLP-hFc with EC50 values of 0.023 μg/mL and 0.015 μg/mL, respectively, demonstrating potent dose-dependent binding[1].
HZ-1127 (12.5 μg/mL; 2 h) binds to an epitope on recombinant human TSLP that is either identical or highly similar to the epitope targeted by Tezepelumab (HY-P99366A)[1].
