PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-50 binds to CRBN in a cell-free TR-FRET assay with an IC50 of 53.8 nM[1].
PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-50 (range) exhibits an IC50 of 388.1 nM for binding to CRBN in HEK293 cells, and this value is 17.1 nM in permeabilized HEK293 cells[1].
