GG13 (25-400 μg/mL; 20 h) promotes the proliferation of RAW264.7 macrophages without reducing cell viability[1].
GG13 (50-400 μg/mL; 12 h) inhibits LPS-stimulated NO production in RAW264.7 macrophages in a concentration-dependent manner, with an inhibition rate of 68.81% at 200 μg/mL and 73.53% at 400 μg/mL[1].
