GG13 (25-400 μg/mL; 20 h) promotes the proliferation of RAW264.7 macrophages without reducing cell viability^[1].
GG13 (50-400 μg/mL; 12 h) inhibits LPS-stimulated NO production in RAW264.7 macrophages in a concentration-dependent manner, with an inhibition rate of 68.81% at 200 μg/mL and 73.53% at 400 μg/mL^[1].
GG13 downregulates the expression of key pro-inflammatory proteins STAT1, NOS2, COX2 and CD40 in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages, a finding confirmed by label-free proteomic analysis^[1].
