NT160 has affinity for class-IIa HDAC4 isoform with an IC50 value of 0.046 μM[1].
NT160 exhibites a remarkably high inhibition against HDAC4, HDAC5, HDAC7 and HDAC9 with IC50 values of 0.08 nM, 1.2 nM, 1.0 nM and0.9 nM, respectively[1].
