PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-34 (compound E7 (13)) (10.00-30.00 μM) potently inhibits EZH2 enzymatic activity with an IC₅₀ of 6.30 μM, induces CRBN-mediated proteasomal degradation of PRC2 subunits and reduces H3K27me2/3 levels in WSU-DLCL-2 cells, and exhibits strong antiproliferative activity in Pfeiffer (3.69 μM) and prostate (0.21 μM) cancer cell lines^[1].
