PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-34 (compound E7 (13)) is an EZH2-target PROTAC degrader with a human EZH2 IC50 of 6.30 μM. PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-34 can be used for the research of pfeiffer cancer, prostate cancer[1]. (Pink: EZH2 ligand (HY-147230); Blue: Cereblon ligand (HY-103596); Black: linker).

In Vitro

PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-34 (compound E7 (13)) (10.00-30.00 μM) potently inhibits EZH2 enzymatic activity with an IC50 of 6.30 μM, induces CRBN-mediated proteasomal degradation of PRC2 subunits and reduces H3K27me2/3 levels in WSU-DLCL-2 cells, and exhibits strong antiproliferative activity in Pfeiffer (3.69 μM) and prostate (0.21 μM) cancer cell lines[1].
