NH2-UAMC1110 TFA is an aminobutoxy derivative of the fibroblast activation protein (FAP) inhibitor UAMC1110 (HY-100684), and is a precursor compound for the synthesis of FAP inhibitor probes, not directly used in bioactivity experiments. For example, NH2-UAMC1110 TFA is involved in the synthesis of the radiotracer FAPI-QS, which exhibits high tumor selectivity and high dose effect, and has been used in tumor diagnosis. NH2-UAMC1110 TFA structurally incorporates an active amino group, allowing it to form covalent bonds with various molecules (such as DOTA, DATA5m, radionuclide chelators, etc.) to synthesize molecular imaging probes or targeted compounds with the ability to target FAP. NH2-UAMC1110 TFA specifically binds to the FAP active site, inhibiting its proline-selective serine protease activity (including dipeptidyl peptidase and endopeptidase activity), blocking FAP-mediated tissue remodeling-related processes. Its key activity is high targeting and high affinity, and its core function is to act as a targeting module coupled with bifunctional chelators (such as DOTA, DATA5m). NH2-UAMC1110 TFA can be applied to diagnostic imaging studies of tumors expressing FAP (such as colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, etc.), and also provides molecular tools for targeted research of FAP-related diseases with high FAP expression, such as fibrosis and arthritis .

Sodium polyphosphate, crystal,+200 mesh, 96% is an inorganic polyphosphate that also serves as a stabilizer, dispersant, chelating agent, and coacervate-forming agent. Sodium polyphosphate provides electrostatic stabilization for mineral and material suspensions, but its dispersing efficacy decreases under acidic pH, high temperature, high calcium concentration, or a combination of these conditions. Sodium polyphosphate can chelate alkaline earth metals, reduce solution pH, and alter the rate of pH decline at a divalent cation/phosphorus molar ratio of 0.18. Sodium polyphosphate forms coacervates with smaller divalent cations and precipitates with larger divalent cations, where the functional requirements of cations depend on polyphosphate concentration, average degree of polymerization, and cation type .

Reutericyclin (Reutericycline) is an orally active antibacterial and anti-obesity agent that selectively inhibits Gram-positive bacteria. By selectively dissipating transmembrane potential, Reutericyclin exerts non-lytic bactericidal or bacteriostatic activity against pathogens such as Clostridium difficile and Staphylococcus aureus, and rapidly kills vegetative cells and spores of Clostridium difficile. Reutericyclin possesses favorable properties including resistance to enzymatic hydrolysis, iron-chelating function, and poor absorption by colonic epithelium. Reutericyclin not only eradicates staphylococcal biofilms and inhibits drug-resistant strains, but also counteracts Risperidone (HY-11018)-induced weight gain by inducing changes in gut microbiota composition and restoring energy utilization efficiency. Reutericyclin can be used in research related to Clostridium difficile infection, Risperidone-induced weight gain, and staphylococcal superficial skin infections .
