Biologische Aktivität
Lucidin (0-30 μg/mL, 1 h) induces unprogrammed DNA synthesis in rat hepatocytes, induces single-strand DNA breaks and DNA-protein crosslinking in V79 cells, causes DNA damage and mutations[1].
Lucidin (0-30 μg/mL) induces malignant transformation of C3H/M2 mouse fibroblasts and forms transformation foci, exhibits potential carcinogenicity[1].
Lucidin (23 μM, 48 h) inhibits HPV E6, prevents the degradation of p53 protein, increases the protein expression of Bax, and activates caspase 3/7. Lucidin inhibits the cell viability of HeLa and Caski (IC50s are 23 μM and 45 μM), induces apoptosis in HeLa cell[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
