BRD4 degrader-6 (example 1) (1.5 nM, Pre-treatment 2h, re-treatment 24h) can effectively degrade BDR4 in BRD4 HiBiT cells (DC50: < 0.11 μM)[1].
BRD4 degrader-6 relies on the reversibility of the bond to dissociate into monomers in vitro and in vivo, allowing them to enter cells and then re-form dimers inside the cells, where they then bind to target proteins and induce ubiquitin-mediated degradation of the target proteins[1].
