Description
In Vitro
dBAZ2B (0.25 μM; 2-72 h) selectively degrades BAZ2B in PC3 cells with a DC50 of 19 nM (Dmax ≥ 95%), increases BAZ2A levels with an EC50 of 35 nM, achieves substantial BAZ2B degradation within 2 h that persists for at least 72 h, and acts via a bromodomain-binding, VHL-dependent, proteasome-mediated mechanism[1].
dBAZ2B (0.25 μM; 4 h) depletes PT117, SESD1, and BBS7 proteins (an effect linked to BAZ2A bromodomain inhibition) and does not significantly alter BAZ2A levels in this proteomic assay[1].
dBAZ2B (0.25 μM; 4 h) selectively degrades BAZ2B and increases BAZ2A levels in MM1S cells, demonstrating its cell-line-independent selectivity[1].
