In Vitro

EML631 (15-30 mM), like SPIN-DOC, blocks the H3K4me3 reading ability of SPIN1 in T778 cells and exerts identical effects on Wnt signaling pathway activity[1].
EML631 specifically binds to the Tudor domain of SPIN1, with a Kd value of 3-7 μM as measured by ITC[2].
