DS22 (compound 67) promotes DDB1-CDK12-cyclin K ternary complex formation in vitro, with a TR-FRET EC₅₀ of 19 nM^[1].
DS22 binds CDK12-cyclin K in the Lanthascreen kinase binding assay with an IC₅₀ of 1316 nM, and shows weaker activity against CDK2-cyclin A and CDK9-cyclin T (both IC₅₀ >10000 nM)^[1].
