PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-43 (compound 59) inhibits proliferation of SU-DHL-6 diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cells with an IC₅₀ of 21.73 μM but has no activity against HBL-1 cells at concentrations up to 30 μM^[1].
